1. Customized Products Policy

At Ayan Computer & Printers, we specialize in custom-made products, including Flex Banners, Posters, Rubber Stamps, and Digital Seals. Since these items are manufactured specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the printing process has started.

2. Design Approval & Proofing

To ensure accuracy, we provide a digital proof of your design via WhatsApp or Email before printing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all spellings, colors, and design elements.
Once final approval is given by the customer, we cannot accept returns for any errors present in the approved design.

3. Eligibility for Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.

If you receive a physically damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Downloadable software products or digital designs.
Gift cards.
Sale items (Only regular priced items may be considered for exchange if damaged).

5. Refund Process

In specific cases where a partial refund is granted (such as items damaged due to our error), the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
